Day: 8 A picture of something you hate:

Don't judge me, but I had to find cartoons of these scary creatures because I can't bear to look at them live, or in pictures whatsoever. I can handle cartoon versions :)

Ben definitely is not a fan of snakes. Neither am I, but they are not the #1 thing that I hate. I'm sure you can all probably guess what I hate...no surprise......

Our rings are definitely one of our most treasured items because it is a symbol of our eternal love for each other. I always love putting my ring on and remembering the meaning of why I wear it!

Day 5: A picture of your night

Our typical night consists of us just being us! We will watch movies, playing games, hanging out with friends...nothing out of the ordinary. We just have fun and like to make life adventurous. We are limited of what we like to do when it is snowy and cold, but during the summer, we love to camp and be outside! Just being your "typical" married couple, I suppose! :)

How could this not be our favorite memory! It has changed out lives and being married has made us so happy. Especially knowing that we will be married forever. Nothing is more powerful than a temple marriage!

The Office is definitely our favorite TV show. It is such an original show and the humor can [NEVER] get old! It's sad to see that Steve Carell will be leaving The Office in May, it just won't be the same! Rumors say that Will Ferrel is going to star in a few of the shows. Hopefully the show will still be able to bring as much happiness in our home as it does now :)

Day 2 - A picture of you and the person you have been close to for the longest

Me and my twin brother Kyle for sure. We have been connected at the hip since the womb and have had such a close relationship! I'm convinced we will be neighbors with our own families one day!

Ben and Luke have obviously been close forever as well. It's really funny to watch them interact when they are together. You can tell there is such a unique, special relationship between them!

Inspired by my brother...I am going to post a picture of something every day for 1 month that's about me and Ben. Starting TODAY :)

Day 01 - A picture of us and 15 facts (REVISED!)

I thought the last facts I wrote were kinda lame, so I decided to REVISE a few of them :)

1. Ben occasionally holds my hand when we fall asleep at night

2. We sometimes break out into a full on dance to theme songs of t.v shows

3. We play card games with each other a lot

4. Ben makes a KILLER Swedish Ham for dinner

5. One of our favorite things to do is watch a movie on Ben's laptop in a field with blankets

6. We love singing at the top of our lungs to My Chemical Romance

7. We LOOOOVE to go camping

8. When we walk to our car sometimes we will break out into a race to see who gets to the car first.

9. I hate scary movies with a passion

10. Ben loves them with all his heart

11. I hate bellybuttons

12. Ben loves writing music

13. I have 4 older brothers

14. Ben has 2 older sisters, and 6 older brothers

All you need is LOVE

This year was going to be a "smaller" Valentines Day for Ben and I because we are trying to save money. So I decided what I was going to do was make him a cute candy poster and left it out for him before he left for work. When I came home, there were pretty flowers, chocolate, Valentine's Day on blu-ray and the sweetest letter from Ben! We cleaned up and went to Red Robin for dinner then came home and watched Valentines Day. It was such a nice day and the best way to celebrate!

SICK weekend...

After the fun weekend that Ben and I had, our bodies told us to chill. We BOTH got super sick Sunday night and felt like we wanted to die. In a way, it was really nice to recognize that each of us were wanting to take care of each other as much as we could. Whatever bug was going around, it hit us, as well as many of our friends and family. Luckily it was a quick one, but it was bad! I can't speak for Ben, but I felt like I wanted to die! We both stayed home from work on Monday and just laid down the entire day, which was dumb because it gave both of us the worst headaches the next day. I had swine flu in '09, and I would definitely say I felt just as bad as then. Luckily, we are both doing much better, but I hope that everyone stays healthy and doesn't get sick while this bug hits!

Superbowl Weekend

This past weekend was a lot of fun, but also a difficult one as well. Let's start off with the fun stuff that started on Friday. Ben and I met up with some good friends, Kyle and Katrina Mack and went up to Ogden to go to a coffee house and listen to some bands play. It was a lot of fun to get out of Provo/Orem for once and do something I've never done before. It really inspired Ben to pursue his music a lot more, which I am happy about because he is so incredibly talented. Hopefully we will see that come out more. Saturday night Ben and I went to the Provo Beach Resort and went bowling and played some games there. It was [SO] much fun! When we got home Ben wasn't feeling too well, so that next morning we just went to sacrament and came home so he could rest.

That evening we went to his parent's house where his whole family got together to watch the super bowl. I wasn't too fond of either team that was playing but I will admit, I didn't think Ben Roethlisberger deserved to win after being charged with Rape. So I am satisfied that the Packers won. Not to mention, I thought Fergie sounded AWFUL during the halftime show. All in all...it wasn't the BEST super bowl, but it was a good excuse for family to get together!
